Chicago Holiday Cards!

Ever get the feeling when you hit the "submit" button, you've just given all your information to a bunch of machines?
Not with us! Orders go, without fail, to a HUMAN for review before any work begins.
Don't worry though, we keep pretty long hours and provided nothing looks out of place, your order goes in to production almost immediately. In some instances, just minutes after being sent.
On the other hand, if we find something that doesn't quite seem right, we'll contact you to make sure. While we certainly can't guarantee to know that your great Aunt Milly spells her name with a "y" instead of an "ie", we look for common errors in grammar and formatting.
In addition, we now assign each order a DEDICATED customer care representative. That means the person who initially reviews your order will provide you with their personal contact information and make themselves available to you most any time for questions or concerns. They'll get to know you and your order ... you'll never be treated like a number. Watch for an email to arrive from your representative within 24 hours of placing your order (usually sooner!) and make sure to save her (or his!) contact information. If you ever need to ask a question, simple sent her an email or text/sms. Be sure to include your name with your first text message.
